現代レイキのセッション（ヒーリング）は極めてシンプル。レイキの源（大宇宙）とレイキを送る相手を繋ぎ、自分は空っぽのパイプになるだけ。相手と一緒にレイキの場の中でリラックスして癒される、癒されるから気持ちいい。終わった後で「上手くできたか」心配する必要はなく、自分がホッコリ、ゆったりすれば、よいパイプになれた証拠です。
同じ実践者が同じ人にヒーリングしても、毎回感触が変わります。前回はどうだったかは気にしないで臨みましょう。そう、自分は空っぽって言ったでしょ。思い出したり、考えたりしないでね。
慣れてきたら手の動きも自由に、その時の気分＝カッコよく言うと「直感に従って」でいいんです。「大宇宙と相手を繋いで自分は空っぽ」という基本さえ押さえれば、相手に、自分の変化に、その時の流れにただ従って楽しみましょう。無責任に言うと「いいがげんに」です。
同じピアニストでも、ベーシストが変わると曲の流れが変わり、そこにドラムが加わるとより深くなる。まるで即興のジャズセッション。ひとりひとりの個性が調和した時、思わぬメロディーとリズムが紡がれます。

Gendai Reiki's healing session is simple; just connect the Universe with the recipient and become an empty conduit. Relax and heal togerther, feeling good in the Reiki field. There is no need to worry abouth whether it was done well after it's over, as the feeling of relaxation and comfort is evidence of your success as a conduit.
Even if the same practitioner performs a healing session on the same person, the sensation will change each time. Don't worry about how it was last time and just focus on the present moment. This is what it means to be an empty conduit. Don't think about it.
As you become more familiar with the process, you can move your hands freely and follow your intuition. As long as you remember the basic principle of connecting the Universe with your client and being an empty conduit, follow the client, your own change, and the flow of the moment, and simply enjoy the experience. Just go with the flow.
Even with the same pianist, the flow of the song will change with a different bassist, and it will become deeper when a drummer joins them. It is like a jazz session, where unexpected melodies and rhythms emerge as each musician's individuality hamonizes.
